Off the List returns with a Winter Lodge edition that transforms our SoHo loft into a candle-lit winter escape. This intimate evening is designed around thoughtful wine pairings, seasonal cuisine, and a warm, lodge-inspired atmosphere in the heart of New York City.
This edition features Cooper Mountain Vineyards, Oregon’s first biodynamic winery and a pioneer of regenerative farming in American wine. Family-owned and estate-grown in the Willamette Valley, Cooper Mountain is known for wines of purity, balance, and energy, shaped entirely by living soils and natural rhythms.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course seasonal dinner by Chef Matt Wasson, with curated Cooper Mountain wine pairings led by Sommelier Ryan McGrath. The evening will be joined by Cooper Mountain’s very own Mark Jammal, who will share insights into the winery’s biodynamic philosophy, estate vineyards, and the stories behind the wines poured throughout the night 🍷🌿
Each course is designed to let the wines take center stage while creating a cohesive and immersive tasting experience.
