Off the List returns this April with Spring Awakening, transforming our SoHo loft into a candle-lit garden inspired by the fresh energy of the season. This intimate evening celebrates the arrival of spring through elegant wine pairings, seasonal cuisine, and a refined floral atmosphere in the heart of New York City.
This edition features Flowers Vineyards & Winery, one of Sonoma Coast’s most celebrated producers known for expressive Chardonnay and Pinot Noir shaped by the cool Pacific winds and coastal mountain vineyards. With a focus on balance, purity, and place, Flowers crafts wines that capture the freshness and natural beauty of California’s far western edge.
Guests will enjoy a five-course seasonal dinner by Chef Matt Wasson, with curated Flowers wine pairings led by Sommelier Ryan McGrath. Throughout the evening, guests will experience a selection of single-vineyard wines and large-format bottles, highlighting the depth and elegance of the Flowers portfolio.
The menu celebrates the flavors of spring and includes luxurious touches such as caviar, truffles, and bright seasonal ingredients, designed to complement the energy and finesse of the wines.
Each course is crafted to allow the wines to shine while creating a cohesive and immersive tasting experience.
