Step into an evening where wine and cuisine meet at the highest level. Off the List is a one-night-only collaboration between Advanced Sommelier Ryan McGrath (@cellarboss) and Food Network-featured Chef Matt Wasson (@mattwasson, @__sundaysupper), bringing together two crafts in perfect harmony.
This intimate, candle-lit dinner in SoHo will feature a multi-course tasting menu, each dish paired with hand-selected wines curated by Ryan. Every edition of Off the List will showcase a world-class wine producer, with the inaugural dinner featuring Albino Armani, one of Italy’s most historic producers - crafting wines in the Italian Alps and Veneto since 1607.
