Step into a night where shadows, candles, and big wines collide. Off the List returns with a Halloween-inspired dinner, an intimate evening that brings together Advanced Sommelier Ryan McGrath (@cellarboss) and Food Network–featured Chef Matt Wasson (@mattwasson, @__sundaysupper).
This edition sets the table for boldness: a 5 course tasting menu designed to pair with the unapologetic, full-throttle wines of Tobin James, the legendary Paso Robles producer known for crafting powerful Zinfandels, beautiful blends, and unapologetically American wines.
The evening is designed to bring the best of Autumn. Heavy candlelight and dark accents will set the stage, while each wine tells a tale of the wild West spirit behind one of Paso Robles’ most iconic producers.
